Website & booking-request terms
The website accepts requests for a short stay. It does not yet provide instant booking confirmation.
Reservation requests and temporary holds
A submitted request may place a temporary hold on the selected room for up to 24 hours while synchronized calendars are checked. The hold may expire or be rejected. A reservation becomes final only after written confirmation from the booking team and acceptance of the complete price and stay conditions.
Minimum stay
The minimum stay is two nights, subject to availability and any longer minimum period disclosed for specific dates before confirmation.
Calendar limitations
External calendars are synchronized periodically and not in real time. If a conflict is discovered before confirmation, the request may be declined and an alternative offered. No payment is taken by this version of the website.
Prices, cleaning and payment
The final nightly rate is provided before confirmation. A €30 cleaning fee applies to each reservation and is paid by the guest. CleanGenius prepares the property between stays. Once online payment is activated, payments will be processed through the Stripe account held by the current contracting management company.
Current contracting entity
Porto Peace Haven is the accommodation brand. CharmHost, operated by Pérola D'Equações, Unipessoal Lda., is currently the contracting and invoicing entity for direct reservations and handles confirmations, cancellations, refunds, payment disputes and guest operations. CleanGenius provides the cleaning service. The applicable CharmHost cancellation policy must be presented before payment and accepted as part of the reservation.
Property information
We aim to describe the rooms and shared facilities accurately. All three rooms use shared bathroom facilities, and guests also have access to shared common spaces. Photographs show the real property, although small furnishings may change over time.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, the guest guide and security providers open services with their own terms and privacy practices.
Questions before confirming
If any part of a proposed stay is unclear, ask through the Contact page before confirming. The current management company's registered office, tax number and complete cancellation wording still need to be added before public payment is enabled.
