How do I book?
Choose a room and your dates, check the total and continue. You enter your details and pay securely with Stripe; the stay is confirmed straight away by email.
Is it cheaper than Airbnb?
Booking direct you don't pay platform service fees, and new guests get 10% off the accommodation on their first booking. The price shown is the full price — card fees included.
What is included in the price?
The nightly rate, a €30 cleaning fee per stay and the Porto municipal tourist tax, shown on separate lines before you pay.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation conditions are shown before payment and sent with your confirmation. If you need flexibility, ask us before booking.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Direct reservations are invoiced by CharmHost, the company that manages the property. Ask for it in your guest area.
